This is the original service that built the NPI you see today. This category of services include traditional LAN/WAN design, implementation and support. We utilize a "top down" approach by aggressively seeking design opportunities. Once you have established yourself in the customers mind as a technology architect, additional design and support opportunities are easy to gain. Many of our competitors employ a "bottom up" approach which while may gain some market in the break fix support arena, it does not yield design opportunities. Additionally, and more importantly, our design and implementation background form a resource pool that that is used for our Internet Services and Software Development enterprises. This is truly the backbone of NPI.
